Lytchett Manor Sports Centre gets a revamp by Drewsons

Members at Lytchett Manor Sports Club have started the autumn season with upgraded facilities thanks to Bournemouth’s Drewsons Building Maintenance.

Throughout the summer holidays, the firm completed works on the Lytchett Manor Sports Centre to modernise the reception area, fit new carpets and install a new safety shutter.

The centre, run by the local community including sixth formers, provides sporting activities outside of usual school hours for the public.

Tony Holmes, sports centre manager at Lytchett Manor Sports Centre, said: “The experience and professionalism of the team at Drewsons undoubtedly removed the pain that can often occur during such a major refurbishment.

The project had to be completed prior to the pupils returning from the summer holidays and Drewsons completed the project on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will be looking to use Drewsons for future projects at the Centre.”

Richard Drewitt, managing director of The Drewitt Group, said: “We were delighted to work with the team at Lytchett Minster Sports Centre. It is always a pleasure to work on a local project, especially as it is a building that will benefit many members of the community.”

The Drewitt Group, which was founded in 1877, combines Drewlec Electrical Services, Drewsons Building Maintenance and Drewsons Plumbing and Heating Services.
